Just buy the dlc on origin and use that same account to login to burnout paradise and they'll unlock for you. i got the 'code already used' message too, but i have the dlc in my game now, without activating on origin.. Paradise city is the largest and most dangerous setting yet for the best-selling burnout series. the massive setting gives players an open-ended world to explore, as they race their vehicles through hundreds of miles of roads and underground....
